The last ten days have been very busy and tiring since we moved into the apartment. I apologize for my delay in thanking you for your tremendous contribution to the sale of our lakefront home in Amherst, Quebec.

From our very first meeting, my wife and I were impressed by your professionalism and in-depth knowledge of selling a large lakefront home in the forest. You took all the necessary steps, such as hiring a professional photographer to take all the photos, and all the other important little steps that helped prepare the house for buyer visits.

You were present at the signing to provide us with any last-minute advice we might need. My wife and I cannot thank you enough for your dedication in selling our lakefront home, where we lived for so long. In addition, you helped us greatly in finding the beautiful apartment we just moved into. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends for any real estate projects they may undertake in the future in Montreal, the Laurentians, and the surrounding areas.
