Nancy Savard

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nancy Savard combines her passion for helping others with a commitment to excellence and in-depth knowledge of the profession. Since beginning her real estate career in 2004, she has played a key role in the success of various real estate agencies in Quebec, including RE/MAX and Via Capitale.

Her recognized professional expertise includes a term on the board of directors of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (now the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers), as well as participation in strategic committees such as Governance, Professional Practices in Real Estate Brokerage, and Centris. Her commitment to professional development and training has also led her to serve on the board of directors of the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec. Since 2020, Nancy has also been applying her in-depth expertise in ethics and compliance to her role as Vice-Chair of the OACIQ Syndic’s Decision Review Committee.

As Managing Partner at Sotheby’s International Realty Québec, Nancy is committed to fostering the success of brokers and clients, strengthening brokerage operations and administration, advancing best practices, and continuing to expand the Sotheby’s International Realty Québec brand and activities in key regions of the province, including Greater Montreal, as well as Saint-Sauveur, Brossard, the Eastern Townships (Knowlton), Mont-Tremblant, Quebec City, and Magog.
