About me

As Director of Marketing for Sotheby’s International Realty Québec, Laurence Ledoux provides strategic and tactical marketing services to real estate brokers throughout the province. She is a high-level marketing professional with extensive and diverse international experience, ranging from luxury marketing to commercial marketing, digital marketing, public relations, customer relationship management implementation, and event management.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Finance at HEC Montréal, Laurence moved to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, where she established her career in marketing with large multinational companies and built a solid and diverse foundation as a true international marketing specialist. She first worked as a marketing manager for JCDecaux, the world’s largest outdoor advertising company, before turning her attention to the luxury goods industry. She then joined the Richemont Group as marketing manager for the exclusive watchmaker Roger Dubuis, where she planned multi-million dollar media campaigns, global PR strategies, and commercial marketing initiatives, in addition to launching major celebrity-endorsed events. After five years in the Middle East, Laurence moved to Brussels, Belgium, where she worked as a marketing consultant for multiple mid-sized European companies and furthered her training in digital marketing.

In 2021, Laurence returned to Montreal, where she joined a Canadian software company to oversee all marketing activities with a particular focus on digital activations. She was also responsible for establishing the customer relationship management and automation platform for the organization.

Laurence joined Sotheby’s International Realty Québec in 2022 as Director of Marketing. She now leads a talented team of graphic design and marketing professionals who provide marketing and design services to real estate brokers across the province, while also supporting integrated marketing initiatives on both a national and international scale.
