IF YOU ARE IN QUARANTINE and you want to make sure not to miss the property of your dreams, it will be possible to visit it in VIDEO-CONFERENCE, thanks to the application that you’re more comfortable with (Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype). At the end of the negotiations, your offer could then be conditional on the physical visit of the premises, when conditions allow.
BUYER’S TIP: You should know that in order to photograph the whole room, photographers often use a wide-angle lens and YES, it makes the rooms appear larger than they really are. To really have a good appreciation of the sizes of rooms, measure at home: bedroom, living room, kitchen and compare with the dimensions entered in the technical sheet. It will be easy for you to check whether “it is smaller or larger than with ours …”
