In order to adjust to the situation, please take note of the preventive measures that we offer during property visits:

  1. A questionnaire to sign will be systematically required from our customers (Buyers and Sellers). You can download it, fill it out and bring it with you by clicking here.
  2. Disinfectant wipes will be available with us at all times during visits.
  3. We will offer shoe covers for showings - after removing your boots.
  4. We will offer hand sanitizer after completing the showing.

We also use all available technologies to try to continue our activities, despite everything.

IF YOU ARE IN QUARANTINE and you want to make sure not to miss the property of your dreams, it will be possible to visit it in VIDEO-CONFERENCE, thanks to the application that you’re more comfortable with (Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype). At the end of the negotiations, your offer could then be conditional on the physical visit of the premises, when conditions allow.

 BUYER’S TIP: You should know that in order to photograph the whole room, photographers often use a wide-angle lens and YES, it makes the rooms appear larger than they really are. To really have a good appreciation of the sizes of rooms, measure at home: bedroom, living room, kitchen and compare with the dimensions entered in the technical sheet. It will be easy for you to check whether "it is smaller or larger than with ours ..."
