Tania is a creative marketer who is always driven by the desire to succeed with a positive attitude. She has extensive experience in digital, social media and traditional marketing. As a professional, she has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications. She has held various management positions including roles with Avon Canada, Language Research Development Group, Adapt2me, and Zerona. Throughout her career, she has developed several core competencies, including email marketing, print and digital advertising campaigns, social media and influencer marketing.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty Quebec, Tania worked in the marketing and communications department at Avon Canada. As an Internal and External Communications Specialist, she created targeted communications pieces for over 40,000 Avon representatives across Canada and helped develop effective marketing campaigns to grow their Avon business. She then moved to the Public Relations department where she held the position of Public Relations and Communications Specialist. In this role, Tania was responsible for managing the company's Instagram page, as well as generating traffic and driving engagement, which resulted in an 80% increase in followers over a 6-month period.
Over the course of her career, she has developed integrated marketing communications plans, offered strategic direction for print and organic social media campaigns, and led initiatives nationwide, resulting in higher community engagement and brand enhancement.

Tania is fluent in 4 languages and is an avid Latin dancer. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal, as well as a college diploma in graphic design.
